Generally, the particles enter the granulation chamber and undergo frictional friction between the die and the press roll. Heat generated by the particles will evaporate part of the water, and the water content of the particles is about 8-12. Therefore, if your machine has low output or poor molding, it may be caused by excessive moisture.
Second, size requirements. The size of the raw materials should not be too large. It is generally required that the size of the raw materials entering the granulation chamber is not more than 60% of the diameter of the pellets. If the size of the raw material particles is too large, on the one hand, the forming rate of the particles is affected, and on the other hand, the loss of the pressure roller and the mold is increased, thereby increasing the production fund. Therefore, it is necessary to add a primary cleaning sieve before the granulation to separate out the relatively large size of the raw materials.
