5. It is forbidden to open the upper and lower furnace doors when the furnace is burning.
Second, start management:
1, open the use of equipment power, water pipes are normal, check the cooling pool is enough water. Turn on the burner cooling water inlet and outlet valves, and confirm that the high-temperature combustion chamber is filled with cooling water;
2. Before the start of the burner, clean the carbon deposit in the furnace bridge, clean up the carbon deposit on the bottom of the furnace, add pellet fuel, close the lid of the material box, and open the partition valve;
3. Adjust the supply air position to a small value, put in the appropriate amount of material, and start the ignition. Lightly open the door and send the air properly. Close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually adjust the air supply position to the right amount. The feeding speed and air supply volume should be gradually increased. It should not be accelerated too fast. There should be 23 minutes for the furnace temperature to rise normally. Safe operation is very important. If you follow safe operations, accidents will occur.
