Which country in the world with the largest biomass pellet fuel
In the past few years, the global biomass fuel particle industry has grown significantly. Biomass fuel particles have become the main fuel in many countries. The earliest boom in particle consumption appeared in the European region, which is closely related to their national subsidies and climate.
The particle industry around the world has grown tremendously since 2000. According to the data, during the 2015 European Particle Conference, it was announced that about 1.7 million tons of biomass fuel particles were consumed in 2000, and consumed 24.5 million tons in 2013. In 2014, it reached 27 million tons. 28 million tons in 2015. This figure includes 13 million tons of particles for heating and 13 million tons for combustion in power plants.
In addition, the most noticeable growth is in the European Union. Recent data show that in 2014 European countries accounted for 50% of global particle production. In other words, 13.5 million tons of 27 million tons of biomass fuel particles worldwide are produced in European countries.
The main grain producer in Europe is Germany. It is estimated that about 2.1 million tons were produced in this country in 2014. Germany has a leading position in other European countries such as Sweden, Latvia and Austria. In the same period, they produced 1.6 million, 1.3 million and 950,000 tons respectively.
These four particle production leading countries as well as other European countries contributed to a 35% growth in the particle industry between 2010 and 2014. The fastest growth was during 2013-2014: biomass fuel particle production increased by 11%.
European countries mainly use biomass fuel particles for home heating and power plants. In this case, the United Kingdom is still the main particle consumer. First, it is related to government policies, including subsidies and support for biomass power plants. This is why some coal-fired power plants have been transformed into biomass power plants.
The countries that followed the United Kingdom were Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Most of the biomass fuel particles in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom are used for electricity in power stations. At the same time, the particles used in Italy and Germany are largely used for heating. In these countries, particles have become increasingly popular because their governments impose high taxes on natural gas, oil and coal. In general, the EU accounts for about 80% of global particle consumption.
Biomass pellet fuel replaces coal for cooking, heating, and power generation, and can also be used for other uses such as breeding feed, fungus culture, and the like. This kind of biomass pellet fuel is not only zero pollution to the environment, but also simple to produce, cheap and resource-rich. As long as the place where there are green plants grows year after year, the resources will not be exhausted. On the other hand, the biomass pelletizer solves the effects of some external conditions, such as the bundled straw itself, which has a large volume. In case of rain and snow, it needs sufficient storage space, but in case of dry season, it is also necessary to pay attention to it. Fire safety hidden troubles, but if these straws are made into feed by straw pellet machine, the feed crop straws produced by this way will have good palatability for the production of feed grain and pasture, long-term preservation, easy storage, and a wide market for forage grass production resources. It not only protects the grasslands, but also plays a more important role in the development of livestock breeding.
